Frustrated with the ATO one size fits all approach and the original law firm that I chose’s approach to not wanting to upset the ATO, I came to Waterhouse on recommendation.
Lucky for me, Tania and Charm were in the job the next day, grab all the information, dissected it, got to the central issue and started work in a proactive and informative manner.
Told immediately that if the case had no merit they would look to settle or take a stronger proactive stance.
